Turntable vs non-turntable dispensers
In the market for tinting equipment speed has always been a frequently discussed topic. Historically the turntable dispensers are generally perceived as slower than the non turntable dispensers. Comprehensive analyses of different dispense histories have shown that this is not always the case.
High speed package results
With the development of High speed package for the HA450/HA650, F&F has acknowledged the need for speed in tinting equipment. With 40% dispense time reduction the High Speed HA450 is on average quicker than simultaneous dispensers. In detail; for small cans the average dispense time is around 20sec, both for HA450 and simultaneous non turntable dispenser. With big cans however, the average dispense time is around 50sec for the HA450 and 130 sec for a simultaneous dispenser. This shows that there are big savings to gain.

New: progress indicator
A crucial part in the discussion on dispense speed is the fact that nobody likes to wait. It is even worse when you are waiting for a process to finish without any feedback on the progress. This makes it feel even longer. To help operators optimize their dispensing process, F&F introduces the progress indicator. This system functions as a count down timer, telling the operator how long it still takes for the dispenser to finish the recipe and notifying the operator with a short beep when the recipe is actually finished.
